First-Time Purchase of Label or Receipt Rolls

However, if the quality or compatibility does not meet your expectations, you can return the unopened, unused rolls for a refund, minus any shipping charges.
Shipping Deductions
Please note, if the items were shipped for free, a flat $6 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This applies to the unused items sold in multi-packs or cartons.
