Shipping Policy:

We are pleased to offer convenient shipping options to our customers in the Continental USA and Canada. For most labels, ribbons, and printers, we provide a $6 USD ($8.28 CAD) flat rate shipping fee. Additionally, if your order value exceeds $500 USD ($690 CAD), we offer free shipping. Please note that larger items requiring shipment on a pallet are not covered by this policy and will incur a freight cost based on your location. In such cases, we will notify you before shipping your order to discuss the applicable freight charges.

At OmegaBrand, we prioritize efficiency. Therefore, most orders placed on the OmegaBrand.com website are typically shipped within 2 business days from our warehouses in the USA and Canada. Once your order is shipped, we will promptly email you the tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from OmegaBrand. If you need to initiate a return, the process is simple. Please visit the Omegabrand.com website and log into your account. From there, select your order and the item that needs to be returned. Follow the provided instructions to submit your return request.

Printer and Equipment Returns:

Please note that printers and equipment items are generally not returnable once the package has been opened. However, we understand that there may be circumstances requiring a return. For printers, we allow returns within 15 days of receipt. Kindly be aware that opened and used printers are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Exceptions to this policy include items that are dead on arrival (DOA), in which case we will gladly replace the printer for you.

Ribbons:

Thermal transfer ribbons cannot be returned once they have been opened and used, as they cannot be resold. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide free sample ribbons for testing before making a purchase. Simply request a free ribbon sample, providing us with details such as your printer brand, model, label type, and size. We will supply you with the appropriate ribbon to test, allowing you to confirm compatibility. We strongly encourage requesting a sample before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your printer and label materials. Unopened ribbon rolls can be returned for credit or exchange.

Labels:

Once label rolls have been opened and used, they are not eligible for return. However, unopened label rolls can be returned for credit or replacement with an alternative size, providing greater flexibility. To ensure the labels meet your requirements, we recommend purchasing one roll for testing purposes. Custom-made labels are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized nature.
